Where can I get new hoses?
My TII that I recently bought and am working on over the winter needs some TLC, so I am wondering if there is somewhere I can get ALL or most of the hoses under the hood. I've seen vacuum line kits, but I mean fuel, coolant, etc. Anyone?

Yeah, I've been VERY impressed with Mazdaformance - Brian is a SUPER sharp parts guy, and their prices are fantastic.
Anyhow, for coolant hoses, get stock Mazda hoses - that's the only way to go. Fuel line you can just get 5/16" fuel injection hose from a parts store. Vacuum hose get it from http://www.hosetechniques.com - they are the ONLY name in silicon vacuum tubing - super good quality stuff, and reasonably priced.

I've used silicone vacuum hoses from www.bakerprecision.com and i've hadn't had any problems. mazdatrix has everything but is overpriced. definitely replace you heater core coolant hose. The one that goes TO your heater core, and your Turbo coolant hose. the one that goes to your inlet. Those two will always go out at the most inoportune times.

Baker Precision only carries 4mm - you really need 3.5mm, which Hose Techniques carries. It gives a much tighter fit and is far less prone to popping off or anything. Hose Techniques also uses really thick walls on the tubing for better kink resistance in tight radius turns.
Just don't get the crap they have at Pep Boys - it's so thin that it's actually sucked flat with vacuum in it! It's HORRIBLE!

I'm looking at this right now: http://128bitencrypted.com/hosetechn...ter/rx7_2k.jpg
and I don't mean to sound stupid, but what are all those tiny black hoses attacking my TII engine bay and will the hosetechniques kit come with hoses to replace those? So far I'm liking that kit.

I have a new package of Chikara silicon vacum hose. The hose is 6mm (1/4") diameter, red in color, and 10 feet long. Sell it to you for $20 canadian if you want (paid $38).
