where can i get a dp flange for my s4 t2?

where can i get a dp flange for my s4 t2?
a cheap flange so i can make my own down pipe and would a bolt or somtihng work for the o2 bung?

u can buy weld on o2 bungs as well as short sections of pipe with o2 bungs welded on them cheap at napa
