its the thing behind the turbo that opens that twin scroll switch thing in the exhaust manifold, it was late and i turned it too hard (not thinking) and it snapped, i called dealership and they have no clue what i am talking about, does anyone know where i can get this screw or can anyone send it to me if i pay them a meager sum

I had the same problem... I drove for a few days with hit hanging there and I ended up having a shop deal with it. They put studs in.

That's a banjo bolt right? you could try your local hardware store/autozone or if you prefer online go to www.summitracing.com search for banjo bolts...

would anyone happen to know the pitch of it, i assume that it is a 8 mm or maybe even 6mm, and it looks like a 1.25 pitch, but i would rather not have to eyeball it

At the above site you'll find that the part number is 9938-00-400 for the bolt and 9956-20-800 for the washer that goes under it. Look at the section for the 88 called ENGINE. Page 1-D4 This site: http://www.mazdaformance.com/rx7parts.htm
