Where can I find an S5 MAF?

Where can I find an S5 MAF?
I recently diagnosed my engine troubles with as being caused by the MAF. Is there anywhere I can get one that has been proven functional, or can I replace the stock MAF with something different?

rockauto shows a rebuild service. autozone showed it available to buy as well.

I have a 1991 NA MAF with 62,500 miles on it that I'm happy to let go of, as my car is now turbo.
