When reassembling calipers after a rebuild...

I'd assume greasing the pistons is bad as it would degrade the rubber seals? I just want to make sure they dont stick like they were before (all pistons either sticky or completely immobile).

there is a brake assembly lube you can use to help assemble the calipers but nothing like grease to prevent the seals from sticking. periodic maintenace and fluid bleeding will delay the normal wear and tear. any grease in the hydraulic system can cause failure of the brakes( contaminates fluid and destroys rubber o-rings and seal)

If you don't have the assembly grease (it should have come with the rebuild kit), lube them with liberal amounts of fresh brake fluid.
