WHEELS! why cant i find any?

So i have this 2g and i really need it to hook. The problem is i cant seem to find a decent set of wheels any where. I have an idea of how wide i wont to go. Ive been told that i can go 7" wide up front and 9" in the back. Im going to roll my fenders but i dont know how much more room that will give me. Plus i dont want the tires sticking out of the wheel well. Any suggestions would be greatly appericiated.

There's alot of things to consider width of the rim, offset, weight of the rim, what size tires you want to run, what kind of driving you plan on doing, etc.

Check out the suspension/wheels/tires forum and look for the thread the FC wheel fitment thread.

You can go 8" front and 9" rear if you're willing to roll fenders.
There's a LONG thread in the Suspension section called "Official FC fitment thread" or something like that.

If you're too lazy, 8" +30 up front with a 225 wide tire, and 9" +20 in back with a 255 wide tire will fit fine.

i've been in and out of that thread recently too... there are a lot of posts contradicting others, so i have had a hard time getting it.

so you can go 8" in front and 9" in back with the appropriate offsets WITHOUT rolling the fenders?

in that case, discounttiredirect.com has some decent 17x8 and 17x9 wheels for around $120 each.

I have 17x8 +35 offset in front with 225/45 and rub only under hard cornering because my car is very low. 17x9 +40 in the back with 255/40 had to remove muffler heat shields no problems rubbing.
