yo... what is the widest wheel/tire i can put on an 87 rx-7 turbo? i have 15X7's on it right now...and i plan on changing the stock wheels so any suggestions on 'bitchin' wheels would be nice....pictures of n e thing that looks good would be cool... Thanks

p.s. im liking the black coated wheels instead of alloy or chrome, but i dont know how it would look on a dark blue paint job.

 

Ya, EVERYONE around California is going for the black wheel look. That's why I"m painting mine some other color. But I do think black rims look good with a blue paint job. Are you going for performance, or pimp? There's a great fitment thread for the FC in the Tires and Suspension section of this sight.

we put 18x8 2inch lip F and 18x9 3 inch lip with 225/40/18 and 255/40/18 on my friends vert this weekend. And I thought it would be tight but it fit with plenty of room to spare all around. All he has is new shocks and old stock springs. You could fit a 19 on the back with ease. with a 32 offset a 10inch wide looks like it will fit aswell.
