Wheels with different lug patterns.

My fc is 4x114.3. Is there ANY way to get 4x100's to fit?

They have wheel adapters that allow you to change the bolt patterns.
4x114.3 to 4x100 is a pretty common one.
One problem is you need to accomodate the adapter width into the offset.

You're probably looking at Honda wheels, so this shouldn't be a problem.
