Just want to know how accurate the FC3SPRO website is. http://fc3spro.com/TECH/MODS/RT/rims.htm If I follow this there should be no issues? I would Imagine people go beyond these outlines and still manage to get them to fit?

I'm not whee/tire fitment expert, but the people over in the FC wheel fitment thread are pretty helpful.
