i need new wheels for my 86 GX (4 bolt pattern). any recommendations? i hope i dont need to convert them to a 5 lug pattern to find some decent looking 17s

 

Sorry that I don't have an answer, but I have a question to add... I have an 87 SE, with the single piston brakes on 4 lug wheels. Would I need to upgrade my brakes/struts/suspension system, and basically everything in the wheel well to fit some nice fat 16's, or hopefully even 17's? Thanks.

 

No, I don't think so. I got the 4 bolt, too, and did some looking around. This one place in T.O. had a good deal on some "Momo Ferraris", 17", with the 4x114mm pattern. Ended up just getting some new rubber for the 14" "phone dials", though.
