wheel size on an FC
How come the tire inflation sticker on the drivers door says 14" wheels and the car has 15"?

What model RX-7 do you have? The '86-'88 SE came with 14" wheels with a 4 lug pattern.

But there are several models of NA, and an '87 SE would come with the 14" 4 lug phone dial wheels. Do you have 4 or 5 bolts? If you have 4, then you have aftermarket wheels. If you have 5 (and assuming the sticker is correct), and the car originally came with 4, then most likely one of the previous owners swapped in the 5 bolt components, which is a fairly common thing to do because you get better brakes with it.

That means those are aftermarket rims. Your car originally came with 14" diameter wheels, the same ones I have on my car.
