Wheel Rub...

I got some FD rims/tires. Got some 25mm spacers, and when the wheels are turned all the way it doesn't rub, but its pretty close. Problem is, when I go around a turn pretty fast with the wheel turned, any bump makes the body go down that little tiny bit over the wheel and i get a split second rub. Its only when i'm REALLY turning it hard, but it bothers me. Its rubbing against the plastic wheel well part, but nothing metal or anything. Any suggestions for either giving it more space or something?
