Wheel Question

I want to know what is maximum tire size i can get with a wheel offset of +42, and guarantees no rubbing??

It depends on the tire and on the wheel width. I am currently running a +42 17*7.5 with 215/45/17 Dunlop SP8000 tires with no rubbing (under any circumstance) but maybe 5mm of clearance between tire and spring.

It is very, very close. The SP8000 is a very wide 215, so likely all other 215s on a 7.5 will fit. If you plan on running a 7" wheel, then no problem. You will not be able to run any 8" wheel or a 225 tire on any 7-7.5" wheel with a +42 offset.
