wheel offset help...?

wheel offset help...?
I'm a noob, but I read the FAQ on wheel offsets, but have yet to understand it all.
I have a 4 lug s4 and want to upgrade from the phonedials. I want the Maxxim Ahead and they have a 42 offset. Will that be ok?
What do you all think of these going on a metallic silver FC?

you could fit a 7 inch wide wheel with a 42ET offset, but remember your wheel with be further in about 2mm
And the wheel and tires section of the board has a full thread on what fits
