Wheel hop??

I was wondering what could be causing my wheel hop. I went to the track last friday and before then i never had a problem with wheel hop, but at the track i was getting bad wheel hop, i thought it might be because i lowered the pressure in my tires.. so when i get home i raise the pressure back up and i still get wheel hop... what could be causing this? thanks.

The reason why the track is causing it, I think, is because when they prep it, they make it sticky. This causes your tires not to want to spin anymore, putting more of the load back on the suspension. I think an alignment, new rear shocks, and new bushings would absolutely clear up all wheel hop. I am currently in the pursuit of eliminating my stupid wheel hop. I am ordering the toe elim. bushings this week sometime. I dont think they will help at all, but I like the idea of having a nice solid rear axle to roll around turns on.
