wheel help

i'm shopping for wheels and i came across a set that is 17x8.5 +40 in the front and 17x9.5 +42 in the rear. its going to be on my 88 GTU, i'm just wondering what some you of guys think about the fit

Fronts will probably rub on stock suspension. Rears should be *close* with that offset.
