Arrow Wheel Fitment Questions

Hey i'm sorry if this has been covered on the forums but i have a question on fitment.. I just recently bought some MBmotoring Weapons (17x9 +17) and i want to have a little meatier tires than stock atleast, but i'd like to stretch the sidewalls. I don't want to be rubbing the fenders either. anyone have any idea whats a good size? i was thinking 235/40/17 but those were just my thoughts. let me hear your input.

thanks

Is this for the front rear or both?

Without pulled or flared fenders, the +17 offset may be a problem in front unless you have coilovers and can -2 degrees or more camber in front.

Rear should fit in the back with a fender roll.

I run 17X9 +24 with 235/40/17 all around. There is no rubbing in back and I just did a front fender roll.

Here are a couple pictures. Fender roll was $10 - the price of a child size alumnium baseball bat.

i would run a 225 or even 215. obviously 215 will be more aggressive looking but the narrower tire will give you more clearance. i run 215 up fron and 235 in the back but im also running -6 offset wheels and 30mm overfenders.

The bat was quicker than using a fender roller. It took me 30 seconds per side. most body shops can do it for you for between $50 and $100 bucks.

255/40/17 will fit in front, but you will need about -2 degrees camber and coilovers for extra clearance, as well as a fender roll. The wheels need to be in the 17X9 +24 range.

That should fit. You may not even need much camber.

why are you running tires so small?

you should be running 225/45/17s.
