wheel fitment question, searched kinda.

i'm lookin at buyin thses work rims off this guy here and there 16x9 +20, how hard is it going to be to get them to sit right on the s5 turbo II, i want to keep my stock rims up front and just do spacers and try and make everything sit flush, do you think i'll need to roll my fenders or will i be ok?my car is lowered with megan coilovers

Those wheels will fit up front with no spacers.
It's a matter of what size tire you're going to put on them?
245 or 255 can go on a 9.0" wide, but that's too tight up front.

In the rears, it'll get mighty close to the fender lip, and you will most likely need to roll them in back.

9.0", +24 up front is kinda close for my tastes.
It depends on the tire size?
255's are not going to fit up front.
Something thinner might fit.
16" x 9.0" is just an odd size.
You don't find too many tire wider than 245 / 16 nowadays.
