wheel diameter and width
how exactly should i go about deciding on the diameter, width, and all of the other measurements for the wheels and tires i want to get for my car?

Start with diameter - this also covers what style of rim you want.  Look at other FC's that run the same type of rims - this gives you an idea how it would look on your car.
We can help you with the widths and offsets after that.  Not all rim styles are available for your fitments for the car - don't assume you can automatically use any rim model.
