Ouch. I'm not much better, at least not in city. I'm running ~15mpg city and 23-24 highway. [Edit- I should mention which FC I have: '90 GXL)

I get approximately 15-21mpg depending on driving conditions. It's hard not to take it past 3 on the highway.

Damn...a lot of N/A guys getting worse mileage than my TII, which gets 17/23. I had better check and see how lean I am running.

I was on the MA turnpike (big, long, streight stretch of freeway) holding between 75-100mph and I averaged out at 22.63mpg Though there was some city driving.

Get ready to hate me. 19 gallons, 505 miles. Thats mixed city/highway, about half and half. For those of you who dont like to do math, thats just over 26 mpg.

I think I get just under 15mpg in my TII. I got to be running rich though. I am going to do an experiment(if possible)...I'm going to run a full tank without going over 3800rpms Now I think if I do that I will get like 25mpg

whoa, i'm glad im not the only one! i can stretch it, on the trip back(from missouri where i got the car to houston tx. where i live), i was getting around 17-20 on the highway, i'm running rich. i need to see if my o2 sensor is working, the guy said he replaced it like a year ago with a new one so it shouldn't be bad, but the wiring is all hacked up for the a/f guage that was in there. so that might be causing it to run rich, and get crappy mileage...

man, i put 5 dollars in today, all gone by the end of the day!

I get about 200 miles to a tank. I have no clue the actual size of the tank, so I have no clue on actual mileage!!

86GXL N/A 5 speed.
250miles on a full tank that was filled up with 14.5 gallons gives: 17.24mpg

that is with 80%city(half 3kRPM shifts and half redline ) and 20%highway driving(80-100mph in 5th gear).
^This is the most common scenario^

I always calculate my mileage in every car, especially now that the prices are so high
I will prolly get 12mpg when I get my TII back after breaking in the engine

I usually buy 4-8 gallons at a time, which keeps the car light(gas is heavy, 5.5 lbs per gallon). My best gas mileage was 172 miles from 6 gallons. I put 6 gallons in when the low fuel light came on, and when it came on again, I was at 172 miles. Same as always, mixed city/highway. And all that is with 89 octane. I could probably get another mpg or so by going down to 87. I was getting 23-24 mpg on 93 octane before the gas prices started going up.

For the most part, a free flowing intake and exhaust system will increase your gas mileage(unless you get on it all the time), and a light car realy helps too. One thing that I did just for the gas mileage was make a new throttle arm for the secondary throttle plates. My primary plates are open at about 30% before the secondary plates even start to open. But by WOT, both the primary and secondary plates are fully open. That really helped my drivability and gas mileage. Ill get a pic of it later for everyone.

Ya I never put more than like $10 in which around here comes out to like maybe half a tank of 93. Its not to keep my car light, just seems to be bad luck for me if I got a full tank. Thats when my cars break down on me.
