Go get your meter or buy one. Is the 30 amp fuse good for the headlites. Its one of those under the hood under the black rectangular cover. Do you have 12v at the headlite relay?It should be the red wire at the relay connector. That connector should have two red wires, a red and green wire and a white and blue wire. If not, your on the wrong relay.Is that relay pulling in when the lites are turned on? The power for the lites goes from that relay on the red and green wire to the DIMMER RELAY. With the lites on do you get 12v at the red and green wire at the DIMMER RELAY? If you do then see if you have 12v on the red and black wire coming out of the dimmer relay. Relay has to be connected up when you do this. No 12v? Yes 12v? Lot depends on this answer. You could download the factory manual on the net. It has wiring diagrams. They are easy reading and self explanatory. The above info is from a 87 fac manual but I doubt if you car is a bit different.
