what's wrong with my fc (HELP)

I was driving yesterday at 62mph , temperature was where it's supposed to be and so was the oil temperature gage. I shift down to 3rd gear and the RPM went up to 6700 then came back to 6500 and back up to 6700. I was Also boosting 12 pounds of boost if this is any help.

Man, at 12 psi, it could have just been a fuel "hiccup"...Does she run well during normal driving?

yeah, i don't personally see anything terribly wrong here. maybe a more detailed description of what happens?
does it do this constanly or just that once when you downshift?

Hold the throttle at 6500rpm in your driveway in nuetral. Does it go up and down?

If it does, it sounds like its a TPS dead spot at that particular point.

it did not loose power, sounded like it always does. I did hold the gas on nutreal and it stays at 6500. This has happened twice already

If it reved up when your were changing gears. Kinda sounds like your clutch is slipping.

I do agree with Kingofl337, that it could have been a slipping clutch..
