What's up with the BAC!!!
I have read about removing the BAC valve but it seems to only be in conjunction with the Throttle Body Mod. My question is can I remove the BAC without doing the mod? Oh ya, what the hell does this thing do anyway? and why is there a coolant hose going to it?
thanks

yea its perfectly fine to remove the BAC before the TB mod, i did it on the RX i wrecked in march, then i got the TB mod done later, just block off the hole where it was, run the coolant hose from the back of the water pump straight to the back of the engine and you are all set, no heating up the intake air more than it needs to be

If you have no A/C you can remove the valve although you won't be able to adjust idle except at the throttle stop. The BAC does not affect performance...i'd keep it but it's up to you of course.
