BAC removal

ive dont the throttel mod.. but was wondering if you could send more info on removing the BAC?? thanx

yea its perfectly fine to remove the BAC before the TB mod, i did it on the RX i wrecked in march, then i got the TB mod done later, just block off the hole where it was, run the coolant hose from the back of the water pump straight to the back of the engine and you are all set, no heating up the intake air more than it needs to be

i see

so what happens with the plug that goes to the bac valve?? just leave that unplugged?? and plug up the hose that go to the IC as well?

If you have no A/C you can remove the valve although you won't be able to adjust idle except at the throttle stop. The BAC does not affect performance...i'd keep it but it's up to you of course.
