What's the REAL difference??

Hey what's up guys I need a lil' help on something. I want to know whats the difference between a 13bt engine and a 13B Cosmo engine. Is the Cosmo N/A or Turbo? Single or Twin? What's the power output compared to the TurboII engine. Also does anybody know anything about the durabilaty of the Cosmo compared to the 13Bt?? Thanks guys.

You may need to call your friendly neighborhood J-spec dealer.

The Cosmo engines I've seen were all turbo, and all had bigger ports

I presume you're talking about the JC Comso, and not the HB or earlier Cosmos.

JC Cosmos came with either a 13B or a 20B, both with sequential twin-turbos.
What's the power output compared to the TurboII engine.
The 13B-REW in the JC is esentially the same as the one in the FD RX-7, but with a few changes that gave it a state of tune more suited to it's home in a 1600kg auto-only luxury sports coupe rather than a light sports car. It was rated at 230hp (25hp less than the FD), and about the same torque as the FD but at lower revs. It's more powerful than the FC 13BT and has a much broader spread of torque. Of course a lot of that has to do with the sequential operation of the turbos, which can't be done without the stock ECU.
Also does anybody know anything about the durabilaty of the Cosmo compared to the 13Bt?
It'll be similar to the FD, which means it'll be stronger than the FC's.
