Whats the diference between japan and american 2nd gens?

Whats the diference between japan and american 2nd gens?

im asking cos i origgianlly thought auto boxes were good up to ~200hp and now i hear jap imports auto boxes are good for ~300hp

so are there any other differences like that?

All JDM FC's are turbo, and the autos have a gearbox that's stronger than the autos in the N/A cars.
Dunno why you'd want one though...

because i cant find a good nik manual and i got quted from rx7haven for 1500-2000 for the swap

Pretty much the only difference is they r on 2 different continents but other then that there isnt too much.
