What's the best way to make new ground

I believe I have a ground issue with my car and I just wanted to know what is the best and right way to improve my ground on my car

yeah, i have the hesitation at 3800 rpms and around it and i bought a new ground wire and positive grabber majig to hold on the battery and it still has a hesitation but not a big one, i first hooked it to a bolt on my trailing coils, then to my throttle body.

also where is my fuel filter and if my fuel pump in my car bolts holding it in are all rusted stripped, what should i do if i want to change it to one that can handle atleast 250 hp.

There are at least 2 threads on grounding in the 2nd gen archives. I have added battery neg term to strut tower and Throttle body to firewall on mine. Probably will also do the ECU to frame ground.
