I just ordered a Bonez 2.5" Race Pipe with Presilencer from RX7.com and a dynomax cat-back from a friend for my 91 NA convertible. From what I have heard, great power gains and deep exhaust sound with this combo.

What specificaly are you wanting - Loudness compared to power. More power, more loud - less loud, less power. Decide how loud you are willing to allow your exhaust to be, (is it a daily driver, do you often have friends in the car, is it only for racing?) Answer these questions, and then you can decide on an exhaust.

just my .02

I got the bonez cat and the N1 single on mine adn saw almost 40hp. Of course I think I had clogged cats too. And the gains were measured on a GTech so......

Do you have emissions tests? if not, then you could put a straight pipe in place of the cats(easily 15 hp). Even if you do have emissions tests, find a corrupt place and pay a little extra for your car inspection. Or just swap out the cats just before your test, and go back to straight pipes after the test.

The Apex N1 is turbo and NA, so you could use it with a TII motor.

The N1 single and dual are great systems. Really it just depends on if you want to retain the dual or single setup. The Racing Beat products are also top notch. I have the Bonez racepipe/presilencer, but I dont care for it. It rusted and it is crush bent instead of mandrel bent. The power gains on it were ok I guess. I would get the RB stuff if I did it again. The catback stuff will fit N/A or TII with no problems.

Let me repeat myself (if I didn't make it clear) go with a straight pipe!! Easy, reliable hp for little $$. Just be sure to use stainless steel, due to the incredible heat of the rotary.
