Whats the benefits from adding a FD fuel pump on a FC ??

None, unless you are running way more power than stock where the stock pump doesn't offer adequate fuel supply for the increased air mixture.

pumps more fuel out. i believe around 210lph, not sure it's been too long since i've done the research. search on the net, i bleive there is a bench mark between the walbro, bosch, cosmo, fd, and supra fuel pumps.

Maybe about 15% more capacity, which would support about 300bhp.
