I have a 4 lugs set up, single brake pistons.
I needing to swap them out for the 5 lug set up what is all needed to complete a 5 lug set up, with 4 piston brakes?

Search function is your best friend..there is countless threads on this subject.

For front i used TII 4 piston calipers, TII vented rotors on stock spindle. Rear i used 5 bolt solid rotor and stock caliper..pressed 5 lug hubs into my existing rear knuckles. For you get new wheel bearings and 5 lug hubs and put um in your knuckles.
