Okay, i think i may have found my vac leak, hopefully, i just have to find this out, what is on the very top of the 1st rotor housing? I have a block off plate on mine, and it might just be leaking, can anyone tell me what this is?

 

There isnt anything that would go on top of the rotor housings. Maybe you are thinking about the center plate? The EGR valve goes there and that could very well be your vacuum leak. Got pictures of your set up?
