What year is this Tii engine? (urgent, need to buy soon)

Please help me ID this engine, sereise 4 or series 5? I wanna make sure i get a series 5 engine for my turbo two swap.

Any clues as to what year this engine is? Its a j-spec.

Plastic thermostat cover = Series 5 (89-91).

That engine looks like it's been sitting along time (rust inside pullies) so I'd be cautious.
