OH what would you do?

The 7 I traded for was delivered to me with exhaust open at the "Y" tube. I was given 2 DC mufflers with zero hanger brackets. What should I do? I can weld, should I get reducers from the 3" flange to the 2 1/2" muffler inlet? Or do I run the 3" all the way to the mufflers? I was looking at the pre bent 45 degree bends and "S" bend from Flowmaster and was gonna cut and paste to make the exhaust whole. I am more then able to build this myself, although I have never put an exhaust system together before. Or do I just have a muffler shop do this for me. Does anyone know offhand what the angle from the "y" tube to the muffler is? I am thinking between 30 degrees and 45 degrees.

I welded my own exhaust on my n/a, its not hard, just takes some trial and error. Just make sure that when you go to weld it, you weld as much as you can with the exhaust still on the car. When I did mine I only tacked it in a few places then finished welding with it off the car. The joints moved around because of the heat of the welder or carelessness on my part so the exhaust did not hang right and I ended up having to redo it

And I would not think that reducing it to 2.5 at the mufflers would be a problem, especially for a duel exhaust.
