What type of touch-up paint?

I went to the local junk shop (advanced autoparts) and tried to find some touch up paint to fix up a couple lil scratches on my car. But I couldn't find any paint for imports. I just need one of those lil bottles for a 91 vert, with the midnight blue paint. Not sure the exact paint name or build-up but I figured they would have an application chart. Does anyone know of some place that sells the correct touch-up paint for my car? Prefferably online, or a large chain store that might be in my area. My best freind owns a detail shop, and he will buff out the car after I touch it up.

If you give NAPA the VIN number, they can sell you some touch up paint

I'm also reading that the dealer can get you the lil bottles of touch-up. Is this right? I can go to the dealer no problem.
