Porterfield

I have used hawks street, hawk race, and PFS pads. I liked Porterfield the best for track and street. They are rotor friendly and do not suffer from fade like a normal street pad.

I noticed there's two type of Hawk pads: racing and street. Do you have the street?

With Hawk brake pads, they really mean "race" and "street".&nbsp If it isn't obvious, use Hawk race pads on the race track and Hawk street pads on the street ONLY.&nbsp Running Hawk race pads on the street will cause them to howl like mad and eat your rotors like they were chedder cheese...
