What turbo will support my mods? t04b?
i would like to get some feedback on some turbo sizes. my mods are:
-fluidyne radiator
-apexi sfac
-apexi avcr
-walbro fuel pump
-hks fmic
-550cc primary, and 720cc secondary
what kind of turbo would support my mods? ive been doing some research and it seems that a t04b p-trim a/r .96 with a .60 compressor side is the way to go.

the injectors you have will be maxed out under 300rwhp. get a set of 720s and put them in as primarys. Running 4 of the same makes the math of tuning much easier i have read.
Then tune safc low and high map accordingly. Then your fuel can support 340-360max if i remember right.
The you need to think about timing... how many psi do you plan to run? Read up on what the realteck7 1.5 ecu chip can do. I plan on getting one asap.
The kind of turbo you are talking about is a full on t04 swap. manifold, dp, new oil lines....ect.
I have read over and over that a full t04 pretty much forces you to go with a EMS like haltech or microtech. I guess you could run low boost without a ems and be ok. But talk about wasted money...
Decide what kind of power you want to make... and have the budget for. Is this car a daily driver? How long do you need it to last?
Maybe look into a hybrid.. stage 3 can make 350whp if i remember right. But you have to get bigger injectors in the primairys first. I went with the stage 2.. jrat went with the stage4...
So first decide on: Budget and hp goal. Then go from there.
