My guess is Euro spec S4 Non-turbo.

There is no oil feed or return for the turbo. And I believe that is the Euro S4 NA lower intake manifold. Everything else is S4 as well, rotor housings, oil metering pump etc.

The filler neck on the front cover looks like an S4, however I don't see the EGR valve on the middle iron. The european models are different than U.S. so its hard to tell. The lower intake manifold looks very strange. The fuel rail looks like an S4 with the plastic Pulsation Damper on it. I would guess S4 NA. I could be wrong.

Wow that's corroded. Are those barnacles?! O_o J/k

That's an S4 primary fuel rail and that LIM looks like the euro-spec 6-port LIM but i didn't know the european ones didn't have an EGR.

dunno...

He might have put a non-turbo LIM on the turbo block. If you take the LIM off it will be very much obvious whether it's a 4-port or 6-port block.

What the hell are you talking about? The only designation on any 13B block is 13B. Not 13BT, not 13BREW, not 13BRE. There are casting numbers on a few of the irons, "B", "N3A1" etc.
