What springs fit convertible?
I've tried searching, and the more I search the more confused i get... so here goes
i have a 91 vert, and i am going to be replacing the shocks, and i figure i'll do the springs as well
seems like as far as springs go there are:
eibach pro
racing beat
suspention technigues
b&g springs
from what i have searched, it seems the only ones that say they will work with the convertible are the b&g springs... but they also lower it 1.25 inches, which seems a little much
im guessing (and correct me if im wrong) that all the springs will fit (aka the mounts on the top and bottom are the same) but is the spring rates that are different for the vert
seems strange to me that the springs that fit a turbo wouldnt fit the vert, since they are only like a hundred pounds different
anyway, anyone who knows what will work and what wont please let me know?
also, those of you with verts and upgraded springs, what have you used, any problems?

I think any of them will work as any of them should be stiffer than the stock springs.I got a friend that had springs on the convertible he had and I believe his were Suspension Techniques.

Yes there's a weight difference and OEM springs work the best because of this. Good news, RB is making springs for our cars soon.
