Anyone? Please, I just want to know if that's normal or if that means something failed. The link has a short video of it

 

I am not familiar with your model, but it sounds like your BAC valve fluttering and no, that doesn't seem normal to me.
At least, mine doesn't make that loud a noise but on mine the BAC is buried under the intake and that may muffle it.

Try unplugging the BAC and see what happens.
