With this I believe I can help.

You have 3 places you can mount your speakers. The easiest of course will be your rear speakers. They are mounted in the two towers behind your seats in the hatch area. THe speakers inside are 6 and a halves, though i believe 8's can fit if you remove the entire housing(not sure ive only replaced with 6.5")
THe next ones will be your front speakers. There are two locations. The most likely place you have them is in your dash, down and to the left of yoru steering wheel there is a grill vent for the left, and in the same location on the passenger side. These are 4" speakers....no bigger unfortunately. However if you dont like that place just rewire to your doors, if you remove the panels there will be stock mountings big enough for 6.5" speakers.

Correct. It has 3 mounting holes, though if you wanted to use the speaker covers that came with yoru speakers, like im going to do after i finally decide to buy new speakers again, you will need to drill holes for the 4 screws. however if you dont mind the speaker sitting ehind the door panel, then go ahdead and use the 3 holes they provide, my pioneer speakers fit fine in the back and would fit in the doors as well.
