What size are the screws on fuel pump?

Hey guys, I can't seem to find any of the old screws from my fuel pump. I think I junked them a couple weeks ago since they were all trash and I thought I had the screw size written down somewhere. Anyone know what size screws I need to pick up?

Screws or nuts? There are two nuts on the top of the series 5 pump for the wiring. I don't know the sizes but I did notice they are different sizes. I think it took a 7mm wrench for one and an 8mm wrench for the other. Don't quote me on that.

I haven't tried removing the studs.

Or are you asking about the screw on the bottom of the assembly?

I was talking about the 8 screws that hold the fuel pump mounting bracket in place. I just bought a few sets and tried them till they fit. Only wasted a dollar or so and didn't have to drive several times.

I ended up using #6-32 x 1/2" if anyone else is curious.

awesome, I might go out and get some replacements now... the ones I have in there are pretty stripped and I probably shouldn't have put them back

I might just get some small bolts to put in there, I hate screws.

daten, you're way out in left field lol get your car back together...

Dude, they are actually metric.
Using SAE fasteners are going to mess the threads up.

What he said ^. The threads in your car are 100% metric unless someone did some after market stuff. Where in Wisconsin are you from ?

It's all I could find at Home Depot :P Why doesn't anyone sell metric screws/bolts anyway? I'm in La Crosse, WI.
