Should I run... My setup will be as follows:
13B TII-Street ported, polished rotors, beefed up Apex/Corner seals
.60 Trim Turbo @ around 15-20 lbs
I got no idea on what size... 1600cc and 800cc? Or is that too much.

Your turbo information doesn't tell us jack.
We need to know COMPRESSOR WHEEL SIZE.
Boost doesn't mean anything either.

Side note, it doesn't hurt to have overly large fuel injectors (to a point).

800 primary and 1600 is fine as long you can control them.
