what should I do ?
1990 vert in primer need paint going out next 2 to 4 weeks but the car needs Wheel Bearing and it has a good clutch but I am putting in a new one. what to to first paint or clutch and bearings, 
the cars drives fine just want it ready for spring.

UV resistant primers are rare, that said, you shouldn't really be driving around in the daily elements in primer, so the paint is important too. If it were me though, I would do the clutch and bearings first, then save up enough for a really good paint job so I could get all that effed up primer sanded off and redo it all at ONCE. GL
