What Should I Do?

Ok, I have the option to pick up a 91 for fairly cheap. Not sure how much, I need to see. But, here are the specs:

91 Red, Non Turbo
5speed, no grinding or anything (or so he says)
98% complete interior, minor tears in seats
Motor has 0 compression across front rotor and 6's on the rear.
Car was going to be a race car, and the motor was built by a moron and that is why the motor is messed up. I am not sure if anything is reusable on the inside.
Could use a paint job, might look good with a good Zaino cleansing.
Stock Rims, suspension, and everything else.
Sun Roof, spoiler, ect. No badging on the side, so I don't know what model it is.

Specs on my car:
Lots of modifications to the suspension, brakes,
Minor front end damage. Cost to fix could be how much I pick this car up for with a straight body.
GXL model with all power everything, leather interior, tilt steering, sunroof, spoiler, every engine mod that I can think of with out porting the motor.
Recently painted, but the DS fender, front nose are a different color due to the front end damage, peeling paint on the rear bumper from people hitting me in parking lots.
Interior is close to complete, but a bunch of minor things that are annoying, such as holes for bolts being broken and not being able to completely bolt things down.

Anyhow, any ideas? I have done the engine/tranny swap before, and I wouldn't mind doing it again, esp since I have access to the tools, lifts, ect at work. What is the weight of an 88 vs 91? Which later models have the LSD? Any tranny differences? Any final driver differences?

Hmm, what to do, what to do.

Also, what should I offer for the car?

Carl
