Lightbulb what should i do?

ok here is my dilema, i have an 88 rx-7 gtu n/a. Ive put conciderible work into restoreing the body. I'm driveing along the other night and bam 1/2 my power is gone, and i'm trying to pull 65 on only one rotor. i checked the compression and i got 190ish psi on the front rotor and 30psi on the rear... so i blew a rotor.
now i have 3 options now.
1. i can get another 13B engine
2. i can have someone replace my apex seals
3. i can do a total swap and put a 3.8L supercharged V6 in it (pushing 350hp
so what do you all think i should do
i cant do the engine rebuild myself, i dont have the time
the v6 is complete running gear for 1200 plus the cost to put it all in with new exaust and all that other stuff. costing around 3.5k to do total
now the real issue here is down time. about a month for the v6 and a week plus shiping for another 13b to get here.
i dont know how long it would take or what it would cost to have someone rebuild the old engine.

1500 for a FULL rebuild (in about there anways)

If it were me.....Id do a TII swap, now's the time.

But if you can get a good deal on a built (it must be built if its pushing 350) 3.8L and don't mind flames from the RX commmunity then go that route

yeah i figured this might make some people go say what!
yes the engine is built. not entirely sure what all it has but he showed me the dyno for it.
is that 1500 for the rebuild if you do it yourself or with some labor cost in it?

go for the v6 swap. from what i'm hearing, it's what you want anyways. and don't worry about getting flamed, it's your car not theirs, do what you want with it.
