What should i do???
i bought my RX-7 (red 86 GX) not too long ago ... and my original plan was the rebuild it. but after joinin this club, ive read many threads about how lacking the N/A was ... so at this point i ask my self is it worth to spend ~500 or should i just save up and buy a 13b-re (looked into buyin T2 but i would rather do some extra work and get something different)
i have a decent amount of mechanical knowledge... i took some schooling and even worked in a garage. but im still new to rotary engines. im planning on buying the RA rebuild vid, but untill then i just wanted to hear ur guys advice on what would be the best move on my part. The engine i currently have has a blown coolant seal. my guess is the irons and apex seals are still fine.... im just affraid that if i rebuild it ... i wont b happy with the power output. my compition consits of a couple B16 modded 89 civ hatchbacks, some other honda's, and now a turbo sil-eighty that from what i hear pulls hard.
