What is a S4 TII in good condition worth?
Someone is selling a Red S4 TII in good shape. The engine needs oil seals but I will do the rebuild myself. What is a fair price for this car? Thanks

Can you give us pics? I would say if it is as clean as you say prolly $1500. Then you figure at least $1k for a good Jspec and your sitting at $2500. Or you can get a solid rebuild with street port 3mm seals for $3k then you have $4500 into a nice TII with a fresh strong motor. It is tough to find a nice TII these days. I would say $1500, what it is worth to you is what matters.

Some more to add, it has a mazdatrix full exhaust on it also. A mazdaspped rear spoiler which i will remove. I plan on offering 1200-1500 for it tommorow when i look at it again if everything looks ok. Also gonna drive it. smokes bad on start-up. The aftermarket wheels and tires have 25 miles on them and he paid 1000.00 for them.

A blown TII, well at least from what I've seen around here, goes from 1500-2000$ if its in good condition.
The sevens in my area go for about 7000$ when they are in good running condition and no body damage.

No blown engine FC is worth more than $1200... most only $500.
If he wants the price of the accessories that were added, then he is better off removing them and selling them in the wanted/for sale section.
In good running condition; a Turbo with 100K miles (regardless of how new the motor is) is worth $1500 to $3k. Subtract for any non stock modifications and additional miles.

Pass, he will come down. Plus I would take it being it is a S4 over a S5. S4s are set up for low imp injectors which is nice, plus lower compression rotors and Digital tuning has several ECU options available. Just put the S5 tails in of course. I have a S4 with S5 tails and S5 hybrid turbo and mani and I am boosting the hell out of it .

$1800 is a bit too much for an S4 TII that needs a rebuild. He will probably go lower eventually when he finds out that he can't sell it at that price. So I'd just say be patient, You can probably snag it up for $1200 or less later on.
