What rim width posible on wide body.
What rim width posible on wide body.
With 30mm wide body in the rear and 20mm in the front what width rims are obtainable and best fit? Considering a custom offset is achivable.
I was kind of eying the Weld racing Magnum drag 2.0 wheels and peeking at some old school style Advans and Panspeed bronze wheels.
A double rold lip found on the Welds prolly wont be the best for street style driving and racing. Dont kno first hand though.

A 17x10 or 16x up to 16in is purchasable for the welds. Anyone have input on how streetable and street race style driving will be on a double rolled lip?
8.5 or so in front should be enough grip ehhh? Or is 9.5 10 realy a good choice?
Anyone got some ideas or pics of some late 80s styling rims in chrome black smoke metal and gun metal and bronz please post them up. Lookin for a dished rim such as a 3pice to fill this car up.
Here is the welds I have been eying.
First in double rolled lip
And in single lip

Watch it with those Welds, Cragars, or Centerlines - a lot of them are "drag racing" only and are not designed to take side loads.
Daily street driving might be alright, but don't track it or run really sticky tires on them!
If you're shooting for specs on those types of wheels, you might want to use "backspacing" - they will understand you better.
Fronts keep it 5.00" and rears can go deep as much as 6.00".
This is pretty easy to remember.
