Just posting this up to get some feedback on my setup. Wondering if it's similar to any else's, and where my limitations will be. I know I'll find out when it's completely together, but the input is good to know now.
Specs:
Engine
-Rebuilt S5 engine with S4 rotors, Atkins apex seals.
-Large Street Port on intake and exhaust
-Garrett GT4088R
-Cooling Mist Meth Injection Set-up
-Big ebay FMIC
-Premixing
-3 3/4" exhaust, no cat.
Fuel / Ignition
-550CC Stock Primaries
-1600CC Secondaries
-Walbro 255
-AFPR
-Megasquirt 2 V3.0
-Stock Coils
-Deleted Secondary butterflies
In case I forgot something, the build is here.

What are your power goals? What's the car going to be used for? I'd say run 850cc/1600cc or 1000cc/2000cc inj and a bigger pump Aeromotive 340 or Bosch 040, stock fuel lines are good to about 450hp or so, I'd look into a parallel fuel rail setup depending on what your shooting for. Turbo will probably max around 500-550 maybe less. I'd say with your current setup you would run out of fuel before 400hp. That's just my opinion though.
Yes, as others have identified your fuel system will be holding you back on that set up.
With what that turbo can flow I would go with at least 1,000cc primaries and 2,000cc secondaries and an in tank Supra ND pump feeding an external Bosch '044 or two (they have neat sealed pump holder/surge tanks now for the '044).
I did an intank '044 and I wouldn't mess around with that as it can still suffer from fuel slosh away from the pickup, so I run with a full tank.
My 720cc primary/1600cc secondary, '044 pump was in the 60% duty cycles at 400RWHP@16psi on a stock hybrid turbo and your turbo is sized for 500-600hp.
They are knocking off the '044s now so make sure you get a real one, I think I bought mine from Kinsler.

Thanks a lot for the info, I'll be looking into this. I may just run within the limits of my fuel system this year, and do a complete overhaul either at the end of summer or in the winter. I'll pick up larger primaries right away though.

Ok, so I got my hands on an Aeromotive 340 fuel pump. There are a set of 1000cc RC's for sale locally. Will they be overkill for my primaries? How will it effect my idle with the large streetport?
Primaries and secondaries are interchangeable right?
