Question what pieces do I need to complete this puzzle

Okay people, I am not very good on the search and I did look.

I have an '86 NA and a'89 J-spec turbo motor in my garage waiting for a body to posses. I need to know which wiring harnesses I need along with the tII ECU. It would also be helpfull if someone could tell me which flywheel and clutch plate/preassure plate combo I need to make the match.
I very much appreciate any input that might be given.
And also I have read a few threads already, so please no preaching about how I should have bought a TII.

IF you use the 89+ jspec motor, you still have to buy a lot of parts to make it work. Here is what youll need:

89 block, manifolds, turbo/mani, flywheel. might as well keep the alternator too, as its an upgrade.

87-88 turbo injectors, throttle body, front cover with OMP and rod, wiring, ecu, and the rest of the stuff on the list (all the electronic stuff needs to ne 87-88 spec).

Youre really doing this the hard way for little/no gain. The older motors run just as well, and in fact are better for higher boost. By swapping front covers you run the risk of improper re-assembly and engine damage, adn this project will take yo a while to get everything together, in and running properly. It'll be a big headache.

yes, I found out after doing some research that this was going to be a hard puzzle to put together, but the research that I had done before getting the engine steered me toward the fact that the series 5 motor was an all around more efficient engine. I don't mean fuel efficient. I do figure that upgradability is about the same as the s4.
I was actually going to try to run two stroke oil instead of switching the front cover just for the metering oil pump. but I could be wrong for assuming that this will work. I don't plan to use it as my daily driver, just for races and criusing.

by the way, thanx for the info ^-^
