What is this in the picture? Add Coolant Buzzer?

I just bought an 89 TII and the guy that sold it to me gave me a can of bolts and misc. small parts from the car. I suspect the thing in the picture is the add coolant buzzer because there isn't one that goes off in the car. Anybody know if this thing even belongs on my car? If it is the add coolant buzzer I'd like to put it back on if anybody could tell me where it goes. It has 4 pins that stick out on the bottom. It is label like this on the side:
YMB-12
DC-12V
STAR
88' J

sorry for the low quality, it is a camera phone. the round thing next to it is a quarter to reference size.

take your idiot lights out and see if any bulbs are missing. maybe something was making that go off so he just took the bulbs out and that.

the light still comes on... often blown coolant seal eats lots of coolant, waiting on a new engine ATM. so if that is it, where is the board that it goes on?

when you flip it to the back and youre looking at the circuit board. It goes on the bottom right hand side. You would have to solder it back on i believe.
